Skip a Payment Program

Is your budget running a bit tight this month? Soarion Credit Union now offers Skip-A-Pay throughout the year. Qualifying members can skip a regular monthly loan payment for a $25 fee.*

Skip-A-Pay Steps

Log in to Digital Banking (Web Browser or Mobile App)
Go to Transfer & Pay > Skip-A-Pay
Select the Loan (if you have more than one eligible loan) and click the Skip button.

*Your loan(s) must be in good standing: Not delinquent, we must have up to date insurance information with Soarion Federal Credit Union listed as loss payee, not awaiting documents to complete title work, etc. A minimum of six (6) full monthly payments with a satisfactory payment history must be made prior to the first allowable Skip-A-Pay. Limited to two (2) Skip-A-Pays per year per loan with six (6) payments between skips. There is a limit of four (4) skips per the life of the loan.

Skip-A-Pay FAQs

Vehicle Loans (Car, Truck, Motorcycle, ATV, Boat, Jet Ski, Watercraft, RV, Fifth Wheel) and Signature Loans are eligible for Skip-A-Pay.

You can request Skip-A-Pay two (2) times per year. You must have a minimum of six (6) full monthly payments before requesting a Skip-A-Pay. There is a limit of four (4) skips per the life of the loan.

Skip-A-Pay requests must be submitted within Digital Banking. Log in to Digital Banking (Web Browser or Mobile App). Go to Transfer & Pay > Skip-A-Pay. Select the Loan (if you have more than one eligible loan) and click the Skip button.

Skip-A-Pay costs $25. This amount will be charged to the principal balance of the loan.

The following loans are NOT eligible for Skip-A-Pay: VISA^®, Line of Credit, Mortgage, Home Equity, Home Improvement, Real Estate, Purchase Money Second, IHI, Single Payment, Lease Loans, IFS Insured Auto, Dealer Prodigy, Alternate Solution, Single Pay Share and Share Certificate Secured Loans.

Now you can request Skip-A-Pay up to two (2) times throughout the year, not just in the summer or during the holidays.
